1. Installation Guarantee

At BIBLO, we guarantee that our application should function properly on compatible devices.If the customer is unable to install the app on any of their devices or experiences any technical issue directly related to the installation or operation of the BIBLO app, we offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

This guarantee covers:

✅ App installation failures
✅ Technical system errors related to the BIBLO application

This guarantee DOES NOT cover:
❌ Customer internet or connection issues
❌ Wi-Fi or mobile data problems
❌ Incompatible, outdated, or defective devices
❌ Lack of storage space
❌ Problems caused by the device’s operating systemBefore issuing a refund, our support team may attempt to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

Cancellation Guarantee 7 Days Satisfaction

If the customer changes their mind, they may request a cancellation within 7 days after payment confirmation.

To do so, the customer must urgently contact us through one of our official channels:
